Biography
Norman Fell was born in Philadelphia on March 24, 1924, and worked as a film and television actor. He appeared in Ocean's 11 (1960), The Graduate (1967), and Bullitt (1968), and played landlord Mr. Roper on the sitcom Three's Company and its spin-off The Ropers. Early in his career he was billed as Norman Feld. He died on December 14, 1998.
