Biography
Robert Forster was born in Rochester, New York in 1941 and worked as a film and television actor, film producer, director, and musician. He made his screen debut in 1967 as Private L.G. Williams in John Huston's Reflections in a Golden Eye, and starred as news reporter John Cassellis in Medium Cool in 1969. He received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his role as bail bondsman Max Cherry in Quentin Tarantino's Jackie Brown in 1997. He died in 2019.
