Biography
Tab Hunter was born in Manhattan in 1931 and worked as an actor, singer, film producer, and author. He appeared in more than forty films, including Battle Cry, The Girl He Left Behind, Gunman's Walk, Damn Yankees, Polyester, and Lust in the Dust. In 1957 he released the number one single "Young Love". His 2005 autobiography, Tab Hunter Confidential: The Making of a Movie Star, was a New York Times bestseller. He died in 2018.
