Biography
Virginia Cherrill was an American actor born in Carthage, Illinois in 1908. She appeared in City Lights, the 1931 film by Charlie Chaplin, in the role of a blind flower girl. Between 1937 and 1946 she was styled as Virginia Child Villiers, Countess of Jersey. She died in 1996.
