Barnshangan field system is a Post-Medieval agricultural landscape located approximately 700 metres east-north-east of Barnshangan in Wigtownshire, Scotland. The system represents the organisation of farmland during the Post-Medieval period and reflects the agricultural practices and land division patterns characteristic of early modern Scottish rural settlement. The field boundaries, visible as banks and ditches, indicate the systematic parcellation of land typical of intensified farming during this era.
