Barrow Burn unenclosed hut circle settlement is a Bronze Age settlement located approximately 300 metres north of Yearning Crag in Northumberland, England. The site comprises the scattered remains of prehistoric domestic structures, typical of upland pastoral communities of the second millennium before the present. The hut circles represent the foundation platforms of roundhouses, evidence of permanent or semi-permanent occupation during a period when such settlements were common across the North of England's moorland regions. The unenclosed nature of the settlement, lacking the defensive or stock-control enclosure walls characteristic of later Iron Age settlements, places it within the Bronze Age tradition of dispersed, open pastoral communities.
