Bourne Mill is a 16th-century water mill situated near Colchester in Essex. The structure was built in 1591 and retains much of its original fabric, including its brick construction and timber framing characteristic of the period. The mill is powered by a water wheel fed from a nearby pond and represents an important example of Tudor-period industrial architecture. It remains a significant monument to the milling practices and engineering techniques of Elizabethan Essex, and is now in the care of the National Trust.
