Cnoc na h'Iolaire is a Bronze Age settlement site in Strathnaver, Sutherland, comprising hut circles and clearance cairns representative of prehistoric agricultural communities in the Scottish Highlands. The site consists of the structural remains of circular domestic dwellings alongside cairns created through the clearance of stones from arable land, a practice characteristic of early farming settlement in the region. Dating to the Bronze Age, the site demonstrates the patterns of settlement and land use during a period when upland areas of northern Scotland were more extensively cultivated than in later periods.
