Cullykhan is a Iron Age promontory fort located on the Aberdeenshire coast near Banffshire, Scotland. The site occupies a naturally defensible headland and exhibits the characteristic features of Iron Age coastal settlement, with evidence of occupation dating to the pre-Roman iron age period. The fort was later reused and modified during subsequent periods, with later medieval and early modern activity evidenced by the addition of defensive structures including a castle and battery installation. The promontory's strategic position overlooking the North Sea made it valuable for successive periods of settlement and fortification across many centuries.
