Great Lodge moated site at Higham Park is a medieval moated enclosure situated in Northamptonshire. The site comprises a substantial rectangular moat surrounding the former domestic platform, typical of high-status medieval settlement patterns from the twelfth century onwards. Such moated sites are commonly associated with manorial centres and the residences of minor gentry or substantial landholders during the medieval period. The earthwork survives as a distinctive topographical feature and represents an important example of medieval settlement archaeology in the county.
