Kilphedir hut circles and field system is a Post-Medieval settlement complex located between 150 and 600 metres east of Kilphedir in Sutherland, Scotland. The site comprises the remains of multiple hut circles arranged with associated field systems, representing a phase of rural occupation and cultivation in the Scottish Highlands during the Post-Medieval period. The hut circles indicate domestic settlement patterns typical of upland pastoral communities, whilst the field boundaries demonstrate contemporary agricultural organisation and land management practices. The site is recorded with Historic Environment Scotland under the INSPIRE reference SM2809 and constitutes an important archaeological record of Post-Medieval Highland settlement before the major landscape transformations of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
