Kincardine o'Neil Old Church and Hospital is a medieval ecclesiastical complex located in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, comprising the remains of a church and associated hospital foundation. The site dates principally from the thirteenth century, when it served as an important religious and charitable institution in the upper Dee valley. The church, of which substantial ruins survive, exemplifies medieval parish architecture, whilst the hospital represents a significant example of medieval monastic charity provision in north-east Scotland. The complex reflects the economic importance and ecclesiastical organisation of medieval Aberdeenshire and remains an important archaeological monument of the period.
