The Mill of Knockglass long cairn is a Neolithic funerary monument located approximately 100 metres south-south-east of Bridge of Westfield in Caithness, Scotland. Long cairns of this type date to the Neolithic period and represent some of Scotland's earliest monumental architecture, typically constructed between 4000 and 3000 BCE. The monument survives as an earthen or stone mound constructed to cover burial deposits and ritual spaces, characteristic of megalithic funerary practice in northern Scotland during the early farming period. Such cairns provide archaeological evidence of early Neolithic communities, their burial practices, and territorial organisation in the far north of Britain.
