Newbold medieval settlement is a deserted settlement of medieval date located approximately 330 metres north-east of Manor Farm in Nottinghamshire. The site comprises earthwork remains of former habitation structures and field systems associated with the open field agriculture that characterised medieval rural England. The monuments include ridge and furrow cultivation patterns which survive as earthwork features and indicate the agricultural organisation of the settlement's hinterland. The site dates to the medieval period and represents the landscape of settlement and land use prior to enclosure.
