Uley long barrow is a Neolithic chambered tomb situated near Uley in Gloucestershire, dating to the early Neolithic period, approximately 3500 to 3000 BCE. The monument consists of a substantial earthen mound covering a stone-built burial chamber, which is accessed via a passage and contains multiple internal compartments typical of Cotswold-Severn group long barrows. The site has been partially excavated and damaged over its long history, but retains significant archaeological importance as evidence of Neolithic mortuary practice and communal burial in the Cotswolds region. It remains one of the more substantial surviving examples of its type in the locality and is protected as a scheduled ancient monument.
