West Mains of Colliston is a post-medieval enclosure situated 200 metres north-east of Colliston in Angus, Scotland. The monument lies upon bedrock of the Arbuthnott-Garvock Group, a geological formation of Pragian age comprising sandstone with subordinate layers of conglomerate, siltstone and mudstone. This underlying geology has shaped both the landscape and the building materials available to those who constructed and maintained the enclosure.
The enclosure represents a characteristic example of post-medieval agricultural improvement in the north-east of Scotland.
