Roxby is the site of a Romano-British villa in North Lincolnshire, situated on the Jurassic limestone ridge just east of Ermine Street and overlooking the Ancholme valley. Like other villas in this region, it was likely occupied through the later Roman period (probably 2nd–4th centuries AD), functioning as the centre of a modest agricultural estate exploiting the productive limestone uplands.

The villa forms part of a notable cluster of rural estates along the Lincoln Edge and around the small town of Winteringham/Old Winteringham on the Humber, reflecting the prosperity of the civitas of the Corieltauvi in a zone well-connected by road and river to Lincoln (Lindum) and the northern military markets.
A tessellated pavement was recorded at Roxby in the 18th century, and further Roman building debris, pottery, and coin finds have been noted from the parish, but the site has not been the subject of modern systematic excavation, so its plan and full chronology remain poorly understood.
