Wanstead was the site of a Roman villa in what is now Wanstead Park, east London (historically Essex), occupied broadly from the late 1st or 2nd century into the 3rd or 4th century AD. It appears to have been a modest rural establishment of the kind common in the hinterland of Londinium, situated near the road network linking the capital to Camulodunum (Colchester).

The villa lies within the agricultural and suburban zone supplying Roman London, and reflects the dense pattern of villa estates along the gravel terraces of the lower Thames and Roding valleys. It is one of the closest known villas to Londinium itself, making it of interest for understanding peri-urban estates serving the city.
A tessellated pavement was discovered in 1715 during landscaping of the park by Sir Richard Child, and further fragments of mosaic, tile, and building debris have been recorded in the vicinity since; an antiquarian engraving of the pavement survives. No modern open-area excavation has been published, so the plan, full extent, and chronology of the villa remain poorly understood.
