He recorded 43 albums during his career, earning gold certification for 15 and platinum certification for three, and received six Grammy Award nominations. From 1962 to 1971 he hosted The Andy Williams Show, a television variety program that won three Emmy Awards, and he also presented numerous television specials. He sold more than 45 million records worldwide, with certified sales exceeding 10 million units in the United States.
