Chad Everett was born in South Stadt, Indiana on June 11, 1937. His professional work included acting in film and television, as well as voice acting, directing, and costume design. He appeared in more than 40 films and television series, and played Dr. Joe Gannon in the television drama Medical Center, which ran from 1969 to 1976. He died on July 24, 2012.
