Biography
David Hedison was an American actor who worked in film, television, and on stage. Born in Providence, Rhode Island in 1927, he died in 2019. He played the title character in the 1958 film The Fly, Captain Lee Crane in the television series Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea from 1964 to 1968, and CIA agent Felix Leiter in the James Bond films Live and Let Die (1973) and Licence to Kill (1989).
