Frederick Morgan Taylor was born in Sioux City, Iowa, on April 17, 1903, and died on February 16, 1975. He was an American hurdler who won three Olympic medals in the 400 m hurdles. Taylor served as flag bearer for the United States at the 1932 Olympics.
