Biography
Paul H. O'Neill was born on December 4, 1935, in St. Louis, Missouri. He worked as a businessman and politician, serving as chairman and CEO of Alcoa and chairman of the RAND Corporation before becoming the 72nd United States Secretary of the Treasury under President George W. Bush, a position he held from January 2001 until his resignation in December 2002. He died on April 18, 2020.
