Biography
Stuart Roosa was born in Durango, Colorado in 1933 and worked as a military flight engineer, aircraft pilot, and astronaut. He served as Command Module Pilot for Apollo 14, which flew from January 31 to February 9, 1971, and orbited the Moon 34 times while conducting experiments from the Command Module Kitty Hawk. He died in 1994.
