Argyll was brought into the Kingdom of Scotland; Donnchadh of Argyll submitted and swore fealty, Ruaidhri mac Raghnaill was expelled from the region, hostages and oaths of fealty were taken from submitting lords, and those refusing recognition were banished with their lands redistributed.
