Skirmish at Denbigh Town 1468 was a medieval raid, fought at Denbighshire, Wales in 1468. Yorkists (garrison held castle) prevailed over Jasper Tudor (Lancastrians). Jasper Tudor's Lancastrian force burnt the interior of the walled town of Denbigh but failed to take Denbigh Castle, which was held for the Yorkists by William Herbert's garrison; Jasper withdrew, later marching on to rouse the Harlech garrison and through Merionethshire and Caernarfonshire before the raid was suppressed and he fled to France.
