Cobleland, pillbox 170m NE of, is a Second World War defensive structure located in Perthshire, Scotland. The pillbox dates to the period of heightened military preparation in Britain between 1940 and 1941, when such reinforced concrete structures were erected across the country as part of anti-invasion defences. The monument represents the engineering response to the perceived threat of German invasion during the early years of the Second World War.
