Culgrange, enclosures 340m SE of, is a post-medieval agricultural landscape feature located in Wigtownshire, south-west Scotland. The enclosures are positioned approximately 340 metres to the south-east of Culgrange settlement and represent field systems typical of the early modern period in the region. Such enclosures reflect the reorganisation of rural land use and agricultural practice that characterised south-west Scotland during the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries. The site is recorded in the national heritage inventory as a post-medieval monument and contributes to understanding the evolution of farming and settlement patterns in Wigtownshire during this transformative period.
