Drumlanrig Roman fort and annexe is a Roman auxiliary fort located approximately 400 metres south-east of Drumlanrig Castle in Dumfriesshire, Scotland. The site dates to the Roman occupation period, likely established during the campaigns of the first and second centuries AD as part of Rome's military infrastructure in northern Britain. The fort comprised a main fortified enclosure with an associated annexe, typical of auxiliary installations designed to house cavalry and infantry units along the frontier zones. The earthwork remains are visible as ditches and ramparts that define the fort's characteristic playing-card layout, though the site has been subject to ploughing and landscaping over subsequent centuries.
