Elginhaugh is a Roman fort, annexe and bathhouse situated approximately 200 metres northeast of Elginhaugh in Midlothian, Scotland. The fort dates to the late first century AD, constructed during the Roman military campaigns in Scotland under Agricola around AD 80. Archaeological investigation has revealed a substantial military installation comprising a fort with an associated annexe and bathing establishment, indicative of a well-appointed auxiliary garrison. The site's remains, though now largely buried, have provided important evidence for Roman military organisation and infrastructure in northern Britain during the period of attempted expansion beyond the Antonine Wall.
