Glencaple platform settlement is a prehistoric archaeological site located approximately 600 metres north-west of Glencaple in Lanarkshire, Scotland. The settlement comprises a levelled platform cut into the hillside, a characteristic form of domestic occupation dating to the Bronze Age or Iron Age periods. Such platform settlements represent evidence of early agricultural communities who modified the landscape to create suitable building platforms on sloping terrain.
