Minnigaff motte is a Medieval earthwork situated south of Monigaff Parish Church in Kirkcudbrightshire, in the south-west of Scotland. The monument comprises a motte, a raised mound characteristic of Norman or early Medieval fortifications, which would have supported a timber palisade and defensive structures during the Medieval period.
