Minnigaff motte is a Medieval earthwork situated south of Monigaff Parish Church in Kirkcudbrightshire, in the south-west of Scotland. The monument comprises a motte, a raised mound characteristic of Norman or early Medieval fortifications, which would have supported a timber palisade and defensive structures during the Medieval period. Such mottes were typically constructed from the eleventh century onwards and served as the focal point of early feudal landholdings and local administrative centres. The earthwork survives as an archaeological feature of significance for understanding the pattern of Medieval settlement and territorial organisation in the region of Galloway.
