Whitebog Farm enclosure is a post-medieval field enclosure situated approximately 450 metres south-east of Whitebog Farm in Midlothian, Scotland. The monument represents typical agricultural land division practices of the post-medieval period, when Scottish farming landscapes were progressively reorganised through the creation of stone-built or turf-constructed field boundaries. The enclosure's survival as an earthwork or partly upstanding feature provides evidence of the changing patterns of land use and agricultural management in the Midlothian region during this era. Such enclosures are characteristic features of the transformed rural landscape following agricultural improvements and reorganisation of farming practices in the early modern period.
