Castlehill was a Roman fort on the Antonine Wall situated on a prominent hilltop west of Bearsden, occupied during the Antonine period (c. AD 142–c. 162). It was one of the primary forts on the Wall's western sector, estimated at around 1.4 hectares, garrisoned by an auxiliary unit; an earlier fortlet on the same site appears to have preceded the fort proper.

The fort guarded a strategic stretch of the Wall between Bearsden and Duntocher and commanded extensive views over the Clyde valley. An altar found here records the Cohors IV Gallorum, providing direct evidence of the garrison.
The site has never been comprehensively excavated; knowledge derives largely from antiquarian discoveries, limited trenching (notably by Sir George Macdonald in the early 20th century), and aerial photography, which have confirmed the fort's outline and annexe. Finds include altars and inscriptions naming the Cohors IV Gallorum and a Tungrian unit, and a distance slab from the vicinity, though structural remains visible above ground are minimal.
