Roy Halladay was a professional baseball pitcher born in Denver, Colorado in 1977. He played in Major League Baseball for the Toronto Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies between 1998 and 2013. Halladay led the league in complete games seven times, in strikeout-to-walk ratio five times, and in innings pitched four times. He was selected as an All-Star eight times and appeared in a perfect game during his career.
