Allt Tobair Fhuair is a shieling settlement located approximately 3270 metres west of Aldachuie in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Shielings were temporary pastoral structures used seasonally during the summer months for cattle herding and dairy production, representing an important aspect of Highland and upland agricultural practice. The site comprises the physical remains consistent with such settlements, dating to the medieval and early modern periods when transhumance—the seasonal movement of livestock to upland pastures—was a standard practice across Scottish upland regions.
