Dun Beath is a broch situated near Dunbeath in Caithness, northern Scotland, dating to the Iron Age. The monument consists of the substantial remains of a circular stone tower, characteristic of the broch tradition that flourished in northern and western Scotland during the later Iron Age, roughly between the 1st century BC and 1st century AD. The structure preserves evidence of the distinctive architectural features typical of brochs, including its hollow-walled construction, though like many such monuments it survives in partial form. As an Iron Age defensive or domestic structure of regional significance, Dun Beath contributes to the archaeological understanding of settlement patterns and building practices in the far north of Scotland during this period.
